Hi there, My name is Daniel, I'm a supervisor at a wellness center. It has always been my goal to join the military. I would be the second person in my family since my great great grandfather to join. My goal is to simply get into shape, lose my belly fat, and well... Look great! I hope with the routines and meal plans I can get to my goal. I'm dedicated to see that this happens. I personally recommend the Paleo diet for nice and healthy fat loss. I went from 193 lbs to 169 lbs at the most. I did three years of wrestling but unfortunately it wasn't wrestling that made my waist smaller. My current goal is to get back down to 169 lb. Then from there move on to building my desired body. Get to know me :)
