Skype consultations are for members who are looking for a more personalized ONE-ON-ONE coaching experience.
Consultations are $150 for 60 minutes. Scott will go over everything from your daily meal plan & weekly workout routine to overcoming obstacles that may be holding you back such as injuries and equipment limitations.
If you are just starting your fitness journey, Scott can help you to build your meal plan and workout routine from scratch to ensure you are not wasting time as you train for your goals.
For the already experienced members, Scott will evaluate your current fitness regimen and work toward making adjustments if you have reached a plateau or are looking for an extra edge to reach your goals!
If you do not have all of the following information, please try to gather as much as you can. Scott would like to ensure that all his members get the most out of their consultation and the more information he has, the better. If you cannot gather all the information below, do your best and Scott will work with you to fill in the gaps to help you get started toward reaching your goals!
