About Me
My story is simple - I'm a pastor, who is learning to take health more seriously, and pursing a health goal that I've ignored since my teen years. I have two adopted sons (31 & 32), who I want to keep up with and since one is into competitive Jiu Jitsu it's getting hard since I'm 56, but if I stay serious in the gym, will make it happen.
