About Me   

Hello my fellow hermanites! I started working out when I reached my worst 270 lbs. I could barely walk, had headaches, nose bleeds, problems sleeping, low self esteem. I decided to change that, since the body is the only place we have to live in. The body is our home. I've been working out for about a year now. And I've lost 65 lbs. my BF was 30% now it dropped to 20% my goal is to reach 180-190lbs then focus on muscle growth. Fitness is a way of life. Motivation is what gets you started, habits is what keeps you going. Huuua!!
