About Me
I started when I was around 17 because I realize that I didnt have muscle at all. I thought I had, but I didnt. I didnt want to be a skinny guy so I started with the guidance of my dad and my fellow friends. But there wasnt much I could learn at that time. Three years have past and I still lift. But now I want to make it a lifestyle, the whole package. Diet, trainning, cardio, everything I have to do in order to achieve my goal. My goal is to get on stage and compete for a trophy, or at least be at stage and show the hard work I am planning to accomplish.
