I've weighed in the top end of the 200's for most of the last decade. I'd managed to get down to 260s by mid-July of 2014, but I couldn't make the number budge. I'd accepted that with my weight stuck around 260 for a year, that's where I was going to have to live. Then stress and struggle came, and by the end of September, I was in the 240s. I took hope. I've been working since then to get the weight down. I'm averaging about 6 pounds a month, but I'm working hard to get the BMI and Fat % down more than anything. Taking support from the Great Captain of the Hermanation as I journey onward
