About Me
About 6 years ago i decided to hit the gym and the results were great. A year later my parents got sick and i met my wife which i now have a 4 year old boy. Time became limited for me and i had to leave the gym. Today i havent seen a gym in about 4 years. I saw scotts videos on youtube and decided to try and make fitness a part of my life again somehow, someway. I guess this story is my first step. I hope i find a way, and if you took the time to read this then i guess i found the right place, thx.
