Born in Aylesbury, lived in wales for 7 years and moved back to england at 9 Started bodybuilding at 12 without weights Tried weights at a gym in wales in summer 2014 and lifted 4 reps of 70kg on bench press Started lifting properly at home in April 2015 and been so ever since. Joining the parachute regiment guards division in September so building my fitness up for that
