I have lost 24 Lbs due to high body fat content and I am now doing a combination of Cardio plus weights to continue fat loss and Increase muscular toning. I have Increased my Protein intake with moderate Carbs and low fat. I run Three times a week and gym every other day. I have seen a static weight pattern over the last month but continued fat loss and more definition. I supplement my rounded diet with multivitamins, cod liver oil, and green tea extract. My aim is to reduce my body fat further but to maintain then increase muscular lean mass which appears to be working despite a low calorific intake. It has so far taken 6 months of hard work to lower my obese state and to start developing better body shape and leaner mass. This process is has been on an individual basis and not as part of a group.
