Well my story is this... Ive always been into fitness the gym the whole nine, I had my daughter and what alot of women do sometimes; But not me I was so invested that I insanely let my self go, and know I`m kicking my butt to get back to where I was if not better. And the goal is that to be better. I`m open to suggestions, advice anything. The only thing I didnt mention earlier is that I AM not too familiar to the nutrition aspect of fitness I just ate anything I wanted and worked my ass off, because I didnt know anything so any advice is very appreciated.
