Where to begin... I was overweight, or, obese as a child / early teen. Probably classified obese really. At 15 I was around 92kg. I know because we had to weigh ourselves in a science class for an experiment. The embarrassment from that was about when I stopped looking at the scale and got super conscious about it. I lost weight, quite quickly, was down to about 75kg by the time I was 16, around 68-70 at 17. From then I actually got pretty skinny - About 64kg when I was 18? I'm sure being an adolescent / puberty helped in it all, really. When I was 19 I started going to the gym, and stopped relatively quickly. It wasn't until about 22 that I started going to the gym properly and really increasing my knowledge. Scott was a huge proponent in this, as I used to watch his workouts, adapt his routines and incorporate his advice into everything I did. Since January 2014, I've gone from ~ 67kg to my now 76kg. Mostly lean gains (been a bit lax lately.. work/stress), and am keen to keep moving forward and improving as an individual. That's about it. Lets make some gains!
