I had bloodclots in my lungs twice in 2012. I WAS SHUT DOWN FOR 15 MONTHS. it also caused some other health issues. I also had bone spurs removed from my right shoulder. I was working out before that and had my benchpress up to 250lbs. Now I am at 185. looking to lose weight and build muscle
